Hi everyone. Just have a problem with install I took over. It is a cytech panel and I'm adding some new elements to the house. My problem is with programming. I'm trying to set cytech to:
1. If user presses button on scene controller, output on cytech activates and by that 3rd party device receives signal.
2. If input say 4 (on cytech panel)is triggered (regardless of security state) response to be - switch on LED on Scene controller (to confirm receiving signal from 3rd party device, if device fails to respond, LED stays off)
3. After designated time 3rd party device stops and closes output.
4. Input 4 which is corresponding to 3rd party device when receives signal executes off response - Switches off LED on scene controller.
I made a response which is working ok when executed from comfigurator. I've tried to assign Switch NO zone type (as well as other to test) to input 4 on cytech's panel and LED is switching ON when input active. But, if input4 is deactivated OFF response is not executed. Could you help me with this issue, maybe there is another way to gain the same effect?

Your logic seems correct
You may have made a mistake somewhere
You can send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz for checking

The programming in your file seems correct, and is quite straightforward
If you can trigger the correct response using Execute Response but cannot do so when triggered by the zone, there is probably a problem with the input connections
Run the Bus Monitor from Tools in Comfigurator
Open and Close the zone opening and shorting the zone terminal block for zone 4
You should see IP0401 for Zone On (ie closed) and IP0400 for Zone Off (open)
This shows if the input is detecting the open or closed contacts
The zone should be connected to a dry contact or relay contacts and not to any voltage output
