I have a number of counters which I need to copy to another set every night.
The problem is that if you look at the action code reference 198 it can have a variable number of parameters which end in 255 which also terminates the response. This means that you can only have one copy per response and that has to be the last action.
Comfigurator doesn't allow multiple target counters incidentally.
Comfigurator also allows multiple lines of copy and than adds an extra 255 at the end anyway even though only the first copy will work!
A copy command from one counter to another which can be used for multiple copies within a response would be useful

The Copy Counter action in Comfigurator can actually specify multiple target counters, but it may not be so obvious, as it appears that you can only specify one counter
What you do is when the Select Counters windows opens, you can select multiple counters by pressing the CTRL Key
hence the action becomes, eg
Copy Counter Counter000 To Counter004,Counter006,Counter007,Counter008

Thanks but my problem was putting several copy commands into the same response:
Copy Counter C_LR_status To C_Hall_status
Copy Counter C_Front_door To C_door_page
Only the first copy will work as it terminates in 255 which ends the response as well as the command.

That wil be changed in the next firmware so you can have more than 1 copy counter command in a Response

Would it work if you put each "copy" in its own separate response and then call each of these responses in turn from a "parent response"
Wondered if that may workaround.

Thanks rather a lot of them I'm afraid!
Worked round by using Get counter value and Set counter value to LastActionValue. Works OK but is just a bit more tedious!
