Is it possible to send via a response RS232 out via UCM/ET02 to HomeVisionXL comfort plugin?

I am trying to trigger a HomeVision controller action via recieved serial data but can't seem to get anything out of comfort using the response "send RS232 via UCM01" (which is a UCM/ET02)

Nothing appears in HomeVision terminal emulator window so don't think it is sending anything although the comfort bus monitor does show the data when response is actioned?

Can anyone offer advice? :)

Yes you can use Send RS232 action to send data to the serial port of a UCM

You can test by using Hyperterminal to the UCM serial port

Make sure the receiving device is set to the same baud rate
