Hi There, Need some advise please !!!!! 2 days ago whilst alarm was in Away mode i recieved a call quoting Silent Panic. Last night whilst in Night mode I got the same alarm, now this morning with the alarm off, I got the same alarm again. Can anyone suggest where i can start looking for this problem, i checked the manual and couldnt find silent panic anywhere and dont recall programming that item. Thanks.
Update :::: it happened again and now that i am wide awake it says Siren not Silent Panic... Any advise how i can stop this whilei get achance to loom at it another day idont want to upsetthe neighbours

Look at Security Types > Alarm Types and check Siren Type

Read the Event Log and save to file
You can also send the cclx file and event log to support@cytech.biz
