Came home to find door station flashing:

Off and Msg lights flash
Arm light is on constant red

No response from the door station so I couldn't disarm the burglar alarm. I have covered up the sensors to stop the alarm going off - but it still goes off if I open the front door!

So I need to disarm at the control box - but how!!!

It's evening and I can't contact my regular technicians

Please can someone help?

You mean the keypad, not the door station is flashing

Try pressing the Reset Button on the Comfort
You wil have  to open the enclosure in order to press the reset button

In the PCB picture below, I have circled the reset button near the centre of the Comfort PCB
It may be under a LEM PCB. If so, unscrew the LEM to reach the reset button

If that does not work, remove the wire from SRN- terminal (circled on the left of the PCB) and connect it to the SRN+ terminal next to it, ie 2 wires connected to the SRN+ terminal. That should silence the bell

The photo is for Comfort 2 not Comfort 1
If you have Comfort 1, the reset button is around the same area but the SRN- and SRN+  terminals may be in a different spot, but you should be able to find it
