How can you find out what firmware a slave panel is running? Besides the label of course.
Also i have a system that has two slaves on differant firmware(not enough hours in the day!!) the system is now reporting zone trouble on a lot of the inputs on the 2nd slave (Older Firmware)Could this be the reason?
Cheers

You cannot tell the Slave Firmware except by reading the label at present
In future, new firmware will allow the Slave firmware to be scanned and kept in General Information
The compatibility between different versions of Slave abd Comfort can be found in

Is it a permanent zone trouble, or an intermittent one. This could be due to wiring (perhaps only one of KA or KB are connected)
and is it on all zones on the slave which means the slave is faulty or KA/KB are not connected
