When a visitor presses the doorbell, you can greet him by playing a recorded message.
This is done by recording a reminder message and using the Doorbell Response to Play Reminder message on the Door Station
The Response
Reminder 1 On Keypad 49
means Play Reminder Message 1 on Door station 1
You can select all Keypads and Door stations, any keypad, any Door station or all keypads, or all door stations on which to play the reminder message
You need to record the reminder message for this to work
You can also add other actions eg to turn on the porch lights to the same Response
The screenshot below shows how the Response is created
