Feedback:
I've tried the KT03 and I just don't see it possible to install into standard Landscape mode for us. The viewing angle is too poor to be usable. Given I am 6 foot tall, and my wife is a foot smaller, if I place the KT03 at the optimal height for me (eye height), I can to raise my arm right up to the keypad, and for my wife it's above her head !
I've put the unit into reverse landscape, and it's now usable - but of course all the LED's are upside down. The provided stick on looks very cheap.
The display viewing angle therefore is not the same in both orientations.

Viewing angle for LCDs are always different, ie they can be viewed better from 12 oclock or 6 oclock due to the way they are manufactured
At least with KT03 you have options for portrait, landscape and reverse landscape which is quite unique
The led lens strip that was provided for portrait view is actually quite expensive, it is exactly the same quality as what is provided for the horizontal or landscape orientation. You have to look at it when assembled, not as a loose part.
