I've been looking at alternatives to my defunct RFXCom controller which is no longer made, and I've found the following info for the 'online controller' for Bye Bye Standby modules (also known as Domia Lite) which are relatively cheap.
Do we think the Ethernet/UCM would be able to control this?

The online controller listens on port 53006 for UDP broadcast packets. The message syntax is:
D:nXYY:E
Where n = 0 for off, 1 for on.
X = Address Letter (A-P)
YY = 2 digit Address Number (01-16)
Eg D:1A01:E turns A1 on.

Yes that seems to be a simple protocol that can be handled bu the UCM/Universl with ETH03
