We suspect that the shortened entry delay time is not due to \"Change Entry Delay\" time action not working, but due to another non-entry zone detector activated during entry time. This would cause the entry warning pre-alert to a full intruder alarm, default 5 seconds
In ULT 7.021 the non-entry path zone that is detected during Entry alert is recorded in the Event log (in older versions it does not appear in event log)
So after this happens you can check the event log and see if there ia a zone activated after entry
