A Vocab download would not affect the programming at all
A normal program download would change the Numb ber of RIO/SCS. However it should not affect the locations that you are programming for RIO 9 to 15 Responses as these are not within the programmed range of RIO 1 to 8
To play safe do a Selectve download, uncheck Modules and settings  and RIO/SCS responses

I decided that I will wait for a new release of Comfigurator. Any idea when we could expect one that will handle 15 SCS/RIO\'s ?

I cannot promise an availability date yet, but it will be released as beta first. The 15 RIOs will definately be included
