- freeco - 08-31-2008 i connect x10e 120 to the comfort cp9000 and it will working led is on and there is no indication that it transmit or recieve - slychiu - 09-01-2008 You said it will working but I assume you mean it does not work The most common problem is the telephone cable between the Comfort X10 socket and the one on the XM10E. This cable must be as follows Comfort XM10E 1 4 2 3 3 2 4 1 - hendy - 09-01-2008 Are you connecting the X10 interface module to MJ1 port on CP9000 board? Ensure you are using X10 cable not telephone cable; they are alike but not the same. When it is transmitting/receiving, the led indicator on the X10 interface module will flash. - freeco - 09-01-2008 i don\'t use the tel cable i make my own cable as follow comfort xm10e 1 4 2 3 3 2 4 1 are this is ok ? if not please tell me how to make one. - ident - 09-01-2008 That is exactly the connection that was given in the earlier post, so it should be correct, unless the cable has some breaks or there is a crimping problem To test, transmit X10 on the power line from another X10 device which you know is working. You should see the red led blink OFF then ON. If this does not hapen thyen you definately have a problem with the XM10E OR the cable - freeco - 09-01-2008 thanks for your effort the system is working very good now but i have a new problem i try to programing the RC01 but the x10 not response i don\'t know what is the problem ? i connect LD11 and addressed it with A1 and connect XM10E in MJ1 . when i use the remot RC01 the x10 not response but i also programmed sensor to activate x10 and it working very good thank you - slychiu - 09-01-2008 Can you send your ccl file to support@cytech.biz so we can check your programming for you |
