I have lost my schedule which was generated some years ago via the old CSX software and phone inputs. I now wish to upload it from Comfort to Configurator 2.2.3. I am running a file system18 board with firmware outside 4.102 and UCM 5.159.

Which template should I use, as the first download attempt has scrambled many responses beyond recognition.

When you transfer Comfort > PC you dont need to specify a file system or template
The information will come from Comfort
However you always lose your descriptions of Responses
The Time Programs information should be retrieved from Comfort this way - use for information and copy into another ccl file

Thanks for that. When I am using configurator to programme my comfort board (outside v4.102) does it matter which template is loaded, and is there anything I need to be carefull about, given the age of the firmware / harware combination?

If you are using Comfigurator to program Comfort you need to have the correct template loaded. Select Comfort Pro in File > New if you have an old Comfort Pro board
Some of the new features in later comfort models eg Sunset/Surise will not work but otherwise You should be able to use Comfigurator with your old Comfort
