- juwi_uk - 02-27-2009 Hi If I understand correctly this UK 2 wire (no neutral) doesn\'t report statuses back to Comfort so if the switch is turned on/off locally then comfort won\'t know about it. Anyone confirm this? So then if it won\'t tell me then I want to try to poll but can\'t see an easy way for Comfort to do this via Actions. Is there a way to to do this ( I have the 2 way TW7223E by the way)? Regards Julian - admin - 02-27-2009 Comfort does not support the polling function on X10 At the time there were no modules that respond to polling commands, are you sure this LW10U does? I thimjk the best way is not to use the local button, use another wall switch connected to Comfort input to trigger an X10 command Thus it k=can keep track of the status - juwi_uk - 02-27-2009 Ok, i didnt realise the X10 would need to explicitly support polling as well. I guess it doesn\'t then as I bow to your greater knowlegde here. ![]() J |
