Issue - Tried to dowload the attached configuration file. In this process, it fails with a pop up window stating that \"Error writing configuration\"
FYI, I am using USB to serial com port (prolific) and I do not have any issue using this converter with the previous version of comfigurator. And I noticed that for the new comfigurator, we do not need to keyin the engineer pincode. Am I missing somewhere? I have also included the UCM I/o monitor for your reference.

Thanks for the I/O monitor info\\
This is because your UCM is 5.79 Comfiugrator 3 did not check for this old version and handle correctly the number of bytes per line
We will fix this in the next version
However I suggest you upgrade your UCM because the new UCMs are able to download and upload faster and is able to upgrade your MinderPro and other firmware. Contact us for upgrade options
