Please note that the FPR01 Controller has a DIP switch setting which may have been set to the wrong position at the factory
This DIP switch is near the connectors TD+, TR- etc
Positions 1,2,3 (RS485) should be ON
Positions 4.5.6 (Rs232) should be OFF
Positions 7,8 should be OFF
If the switch is not set correctly, there will be no communications between the UCM/Access and the Fingerprint controller
The FPR01 manual will be amended to document this is future
