In Comfigurator 3, the Configuration > General Information screen shows
- Comfigurator version used to configure the file
- Creation Time and Date
- Comfort File System
- Comfort Firmware type
- Comfort Firmware version
- Vocabulary version information
- LCD text version information
- UCM type and firmware version used to connect to Comfort
- Time of Last Write to Comfort
- UCM Interface used (RS232, Network, USB) and port and/or IP info
This information is saved in the comfigurator cclx file and is very useful when troubleshooting or dxebugging a system.
When Cytech tech support looks at a customers file, this will be the first information that is checked
