Hi, If I have an existing UCM USB with (I Think) firmware version 5.212 be upgraded to work with Ethernet by adding an ethernet module?

Looking at the images on the forum the current UCM and the UCM6 look the same, can I upgrade this firmware to UCM6 or are their other differences on the board?

Many Thanks

Yes you can buy a ETH01 submodule which can replace the USB01 which is now on top of the UCM06
The firmware can work with either USB, Ethernet and RS232

However you need to upgrade the UCM firmware 5.xxx using another UCM with the UCM firmware programming cable as shown in http://www.comfortforums.com/forum4/1782.html
