OK so Comfort, UCM Network and UCM Universal all upgraded with no issues to 6.x - now its time to do the KT03.... but man does this look the hardest!!
Its in the hall and my nearest UCM is in the Utility room about 30m away....
I know that after this upgrade I wont have to worry about it any more :-)as I can just use the laptop and a USB lead...but I am not looking forward to this
Has anyone got some hints.
It\'s relatively easy for me to pop it out of the wall and walk it into the Utility room but how do I connect it up then :-(

You can bring the KT03 next to the UCM and connect the programming cable. The KT03 need not be connected to Comfort for the firmware upgrade to take place

arrr I wish I had known that yesterday lol. I took all the wires out of the green connector on the back and then made a new patch connector at the panel connected it in to the green connector. Then i put in the programming cable lol. Upgraded then reversed the process!
Still its done now and I wont ever have to do it again :-)
