My wife got up early yesterday before the system auto disarms nightmode so she had to use her iphone to disarm it.
She tried it twice and got an incorrect code error - I of course didn\'t believe her took the phone typed in the code and it worked perfectly. Must be her I thought!
Then last night I wanted to go downstairs to get a drink in the night so used my iphone to disarm nightmode - I too got 2 incorrect user code errors and it was only the third entry that went in.

If someone tries to enter the wrong code 6 times the system gives a Signin Tamper alarm and it takes 2 correct codes to sign in
I wonder if anyone else has been trying to sign in?

I\'ll download the log files now....but given I was the only person in the house last night I dont think so :-)

Log doesnt show any failed logons - but it does show my wife had the same issue the day before by the looks of it and didnt tell me!

When did you see the wrong code?
At the log in screen?
Or after log in when you enter the code on the keypad (not the apple keyboard?

after the login screen on the \"comfort\" keyboard a little pop up dialogue box gave the error message

I have something similar happing on KT03. see logs below.
Its has also happened on iphone client for me,
I will test the iphone client and KT03 further this weekend.
