Hi
I am on Comfort ENTRY, Comfigurator v3.2.3.0, UCM/USB v5.228.
I created a 17 version file then trying to read current configuration from Comfort ENTRY but given unhandled exception:
System.Exception: No entry in iomap.cym for fbbyte
at Comfort.IoMap.GetValue(String keyword, Boolean reportMissing)
at Comfort.IoMap.GetValue(String keyword)

Comfort I Entry may not be compatible with Comfigurator 3
Try Comfigurator 2 download https://www.cytech.biz/comfigurator_v2.html?category_id=98
If you are going to Upload/Read from Comfort then you do not need to create any FS17 file before reading
