Hello everyone,

I just got my Comfort OPT-9000 and installed app on my Android phone and Iphone. I have tested all functions but the Emergency keys (Panic / Fire) are not working.

I have tried to press and hold both keys but the system is not responding to this command. Do I need any settings on the system?

System info:
Comfort Firmware 6.028
UCM/ETH2 Version 6.024

Thank for helping.

The panic button on the app do not work. The app cannot detect pressing 2 keys on the keyboard

You should also upgrade your Comfort and UCM to the latest version 7 firmware to take advantage of al the features, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum92/3400.html

Hello ident,

Thanks for your reply.

Is it possible for me to activate the Emergency Keys by sending Hex raw data to UCM/ETH2?

Yes the Comfort Protocol allows you to control Comfort
send an email to support@cytech.biz and let us know your application if you are developing something

I am trying to develop a simple interface with only Arm (Day,Night,Away,Vacation), Disarm & Panic for user to control COmfort system.

Thank you!

You can use the KD commands to send keypad digits to Comfort
