- ComfortGeek - 10-27-2013 Have a large comfort system but need more than 8 keypads! - ident - 03-13-2014 I was just told by R&D that the KP04 and KP05 can already accept ID of up to 15! However we need to check if Comfort can poll 15 keypads. There also needs to be a change in Comfigurator to allow 15 keypads to be scanned More news soon KP06 and KT03 will be updated in the future - ComfortGeek - 03-13-2014 That would be just amazing if you could do this! I look forward to hearing. - Ingo - 03-13-2014 Would that map to the \'never implemented\' 61H-6FH range? - ident - 03-14-2014 There is no need for a new ID range Keypads IDs are currently 41 to 48 for 1 to 8. for 15 keypads the IDs would be extended 49H to 4FH - Ingo - 03-14-2014 Ah... so keypads are still a possibility for the future :-) - ident - 05-12-2014 Comfort 7.056 (Beta) supports 15 keypads, see http://www.comfortforums.com/forum79/3778.html Also you need Comfigurator 3.8.7 to support 15 keypads - dcrera - 05-16-2014 Hi 387 has been a bad move for me. System prompted me to upgrade from 386 to 387. Prompted to scan modules and keypads. Comfort polled 15 keypads !!! Now my system is stuck on communication failure on key pad 8. Daa :X, I only have one keypad. Uninstalled 387 and and when back to 386. When the flash Comfort logo loads on start up, it reports version 387. Since going back to 386 all scans crashes the system. Now that I downloaded from PC to Comfort using 387, how do I recover to a true 386 version ? Thanks - juwi_uk - 05-16-2014 Have you opened C:\\\\Program Files (x86)\\\\Cytech\\\\Comfigurator 3\\\\Config\\\\iomap.cym up in notepad and check if the entry is there for your comfort file system version? as the error is suggesting it is missing? I\'m on filesystem 34 so see this (screenshot) just before the start of the filesystem 35 section. Note on mine there is also another file in the C:\\\\Program Files (x86)\\\\Cytech\\\\Comfigurator 3 folder but this has no MaxKeypad entries. Julian - ident - 05-16-2014 It appears that the iomap.cym file have not been updated for Comfigurator 3.8.7 In Comfigurator, can you go to File > Update Defaults You need to have an Internet connection This should update the defaults from the server Then open the file again and scan for all modules |
