Hi All,
I have a UCM/Universal I use for Lutron Integration via RS-232. For ages its been on firmware 6.026 but when doing some changes today Comfigurator and did a firmware check it proposed upgrading to 7.065. However, when you try and upgrade I get the message attached that suggests its \'Controller-Unknown\'.
Nervous there is something not right, thoughts?

Still getting the same message - even after a reboot - is the correct firmware for the Universal UCM 6.x or 7.x?

Universal 7.065 is the correct firmware, the link to upgrade firmware was wrong due to the website changes we have done recently
It has been fixed, please try again.
