- evard - 11-18-2015 Hi Experts, I am configuring a Comfort SPC with UCM/ETH03 and UCM/KNX link to Siemens Combi N502/02. In KNX, I have setup to the Switching module as below:- 0/1/0, 0/1/2, 0/1/4, 0/1/6, 0/1/8 for 5 lights control 0/1/1, 0/1/3, 0/1/5, 0/1/7, 0/1/9 for 5 lights status In UCM/KNX, I have setup 5 Counters (Counter 001-Counter005) to 1-bit Switching of KNX to get status of 5 different light status (KNX Status Address 0/1/1, 0/1/3, 0/1/5, 0/1/7, 0/1/9). In Configurator, I have setup 5 Responses to Turn On/Off for 5 KNX Switching (KNX Address 0/1/0, 0/1/2, 0/1/4, 0/1/6, 0/1/8) using 1-bit. Then, I setup Control menu accordingly to control 5 lights on off and Feedback Type to Counters (Counter 001-Counter005). It works nicely and I can get the feedback from KNX after switch On/Off. Then, I want to add a Scene button to Turn All Light Off/On. So, I created 2 response, 1st Turn All Light On (Execute all the 5 Turn On Light responses), 2nd Turn All Light Off (Execute all the 5 Turn Off Light responses). When I try to Turn All Light On/Off, I cannot see the status updated to Individual Light control menu. BUT, if I logout and login again, I will see the status updated. I try to monitor the status in KNX, when I execute the All Light On/Off responses, status are replying from KNX. Which means status is sending back to Comfort. I check the Control Menu status in Comfigurator, I am getting 0 / 255 after Scene control of All On/Off. I have tried to Initialized Counter value to 0/255 in All Light On/Off responses, but it still does not show the correct status. May I know how to overcome this issue? It seems like the Status in Android application is not refreshing after I execute the Scene Control. Please get back to me as soon as possible because our project is closing soon. Thank you! - slychiu - 11-19-2015 can you send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz which android version are you using? make sure it is the latest - evard - 11-19-2015 Hi slychiu, I just email the cclx file to support@cytech.biz. Yes, I am using the latest version. Thank you! - slychiu - 11-19-2015 Latest version of 2nd generation version 1.6? - evard - 11-19-2015 Latest version of 2nd generation, I just downloaded from Google PlayStore 2 days ago. - slychiu - 11-20-2015 The problem is your Comfort firmware is 6.028 which is 3 years old. This old firmware does not support the android app. The current firmware is 7.078. ETH03 firmware also needs to be upgraded to the latest 2.16 from https://www.cytech.biz/eth03_firmware.html For all such projects please upgrade to the latest firmware before starting out. This will save a lot of time. Instructions on upgrading firmware can be found on http://www.comfortforums.com/forum92/3400.html - evard - 11-24-2015 Hi slychiu, I can get the instant feedback using Scene button after upgraded Controller & UCM to the latest version. Thank you! Regards, Evard |
