Hello,
I have a problem doing the login. I tried for Network (Local) and USB and always have this message \"Login Not valid for requested operation\".
In this moment my UCM not work. I need help to instal my programming.
What I have to do?
RegardsPedro Rodrigues

\"Log in not valid\" means that you have not entered the correct user codeAre you able to sign in on the keypad? If so use the same user code to log in to the UCM
If you have lost the user codes, see this topic ffor instructions on how to reset to 1234, provided that you have the engineer code

I can\'t use the keypad, the screen is blank! the only UCM that works is the UCM03 GSM.
I can´t use the Wizcomfort. I have a backup of my configuration.
I need help to restore my system by comfigurator.

Check the cables first. What have you tried to solve the issue? When has it appened?

- pvrodrigues - 08-08-2019

The cables are all correctly connected. I think this problem happened after an attempt to update Firmware.

How can I connect to UCM and downgrade Firmware?

- TheMax74 - 08-08-2019

Follow the instructions on the user manual. If a firmwar uodate fails, do not reset the comfort and try again to update the firmware. If you cannot update via ucm eth, you need to do the firmware update via cable, as stated on the user manual.

I can\'t firmware update via cable. always gives the following message \"DUT not connected\".

What can I do?

- slychiu - 08-09-2019

That message means you have not connected the cables correctly
Please read and follow the instructions very carefully here http://www.comfortforums.com/view_topic.php?id=1216&forum_id=4&jump_to=4472#p4472The cables must be correctly connected as well as the shunts
