I rarely use the mobile app.Recently I wanted to disarm the system whilst out of the house. I logged on and went through the procedure, entering my code when required. The system would not change to Security Off.Can anybody advise what I can check to get it working?

Are you sure you did the correct procedure?
You arm by pressing the Security off text on top. Did you see the pop up list \"Choose a Security Mode\" with the options Night mode, away mode etc? When you select the mode eg Night Mode, did you get the beeps and exit time count down on the app?

I got the pop up list with the security options and choose Security Off. It asks for my code, which I enter, then beeps and stays in the mode it is in - Armed!

Can you read the event log in Comfigurator and check the events at the time you tried this?

I signed in as User 1 and put the alarm in Day Mode. I then accessed via the app and tried to change to Security Off;

Are you using ETH03 or ETH03? the app does not work with ETH02. If you hjave your cclx file, send itto support@cytech.biz so that we can check the firmare versions

Problem solved. Somehow user permissions had changed!

The question for me is, how did they become unticked! I guess I\'ll never know.
