To access comfort remotely by dynamic DNS, you need to have an account with a service like no-ip or dyndns.org . This may not be free but you get a number of addresses that you can use eg user.ddns.net 

Your router should support the ddns service. You will get a user name and password to log in to the service. As an example, see below




Other routers will have different menus to set this up.
Next, set up Port Forwarding on the router as shown in the example below. You need to map the internet Port to the Local IP Address and Port



Again, different routers will have different menus to set this up.  When this is done you can use the dynamic IP address eg user.ddns.net as the remote IP address in Comfigurator or the Cytech Mobile app
