we created the response in event and configured in Group Control the Code generated when sending the code it not delivered, we checked the response script it working but from gsm Message nat working

The status \"NOT SENT\" seems to mean that the sms was not sent from your phone. Uou should investigate why the sms was not sent. If comfort does not receive the sms it cvannot send a reply
