- Renault - 05-11-2007 Hi We\'ve got the problem where the KP04 connected to Minder II displays the incorrect words and also doesnt announce open zones. I am aware that this has come up quite a few times on the forum before, but I am unable to find a solution. The Keypad firmware is 1.01a, and I believe I have to upload the wordlist to the keypad using the LCD Keypad Language Customisation Software. There\'s two problems with this: 1) I don\'t understand how to use the software and what to change/upload and 2) The client has a ethernet UCM. For problem no 2) we\'ve installed the Tibbo VSP package to map the IP to a virtual serial port, and I\'ve tried sending to the keypads, but the LCD keypad software return with either a login request (and btw i\'ve tried both the client\'s code and our programming code, none of which works) or a \"Download complete. Keypad X not found. Can anyone steer me into the right direction please? Thanks RH - Guest - 05-11-2007 For use of the LCD Keypad Language Customisation Software, refer to the KP04 manual https://www.cytech.biz/temp/manuals/kp04man.pdf . For the 2nd problem, did you make sure you unplugged the KA, KB from Comfort as mentioned in the manual? The UCM must still be linked to the KP04, but not to Comfort when prompted to. - Renault - 05-28-2007 Hi I have managed to set up the Tibbo VSP correctly, but I am getting a strange problem. If I connect to Minder in Comfigurator and Wizcomfort via the virtual serial port (COM4), I can can successfully connect using the clients login code. BUT when I try to log in when the LCD customization software asks me to, I alwas get \"Login Failed\". Thanks for any help RH - slychiu - 05-30-2007 We will exchange your 1.0.1 keypad with a newer one to make itg easier.
