I have just installed a system for a friend told him i could do it have fitted a few systems in the past but this one didnt go to plan the system leds are not behaving the green is constant and the red one is flashing i also seem to have a problem with crackly sound on the keypads and the lights flash also one keypad wont download the new txt just come up with download aborted and the other two say the have lost communication i had a sep slave on it with also a lem o1 on each and a ethernet board and a zserial board all conected togethr via the white cable disconnected those to se if it will help but no luck help would be appreciated

Have you left the Tamper input disconnected? This could be causing am alarm, and thiuius the red led to flash.
Disconnect everythng except a keypad and load a default file into Comfort, and see if there are still problems.
Check that the ids of each module are set correctly and not conflicting before you connect them
Also it would be good to give the firmware version of the Comfort system
