most probably there is a very short (silent) greeting message recorded so when the number of rings is up, Comfort plays the (silent) greeting message and if there is no response from user it\'ll say \"Thank you, good bye\".
Check that there is no greeting message recorded or if there is one, ensure that the greeting message is loud enough for the user to hear and long enough to key-in the sign-in code to access Comfort.
