UCM access not running responses

Thanks. D5 is on the small board (PC01- 075A) which is mounted on the UCM board. I\'ve not seen this in previous versions but it was supplied by RSL Steeper. I have replaced the UCM access with an older version which is working OK. I will get them to return the unit as it will not read fingerprints most of the time. i.e. no green or red light after a finger is placed on the reader.
