Fails to connect to UCM

I understand. I\'m sure they were both showing as \'idle\' - although I can\'t replicate the issue now, of course. I think I would have noticed if they were busy. I did try adding a new user with a code of 9988 and then deleting, as before, and everything continued to work as expected. Maybe it was some strange random event.....
