Are you suggesting to move the wires from DSI \"DP MIC\" and \"DP VOICE\" to main board \"KEYPAD MIC\" and \"KEYPAD VOICE\"? And the wires that are now connected to \"KEYPAD MIC\" and \"KEYPAD VOICE\" - we just leave them disconnected?

this is to test that the voice from DP is the problem or not.  The keypad voice and mic should remain connected to KP voice and mic otherwise th keypad will not be able to tlk or hear from the door station. There may be howling but that is OK fr this test

after the above test is done and there is still no soundremove K2 so that we can be sure that the switching of the relay is not the problem
