I think what you are actually saying is using the RLY0H as a momentary switch which you would have to configure as a pulse from the output to trigger it one step at a time, the module the Hytronik module then does the work for dimming?
However I do not see how you completely turn of the module unless that is also wired through the relay to break the circuit!
(Basically you would have to configure the output to activate for argument sake 1 sec and then press again to repeat action causing the module to dim as required!)
Just looked up the module and you would have to configure the relay for bursts of whatever time and then a separate button to do a short burst to turn off.
However because of the nature of the apps unless you per-program a sequence you would have to follow the same process of tapping app button to dim and separate one to turn off.
I think the way you have described things initially has caused confusion as to what you wanted to achieve
