These devices work on the Thermostat command classThey also support the Basic Class so I believe on and off command should work
The remotec manual https://www.remotec.com.hk/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/8031_V3.12_F820-8031-0004_40p_20140702.pdf says that multilevel sensor command class is supported so it appears that temperature may be mapped to comfort sensors
