I have just replaced a ULTII main board with a new board as we have been having problems with comfort not releasing the line after dialling out.
Now on the new board it doesn\'t detect a call coming in. I cannot hear the relays clicking. i have tried reversing tel in and there is 50v dc and 70v ac when ringing. pressing # on the local phones works but only when the tel in is a certain way around. i have tried setting answer machine bypass on but it still doesnt work.
It is currently on FW 5.164 and i have tried 5.169. using Comfigurator 3.1.1. The leds on the main board are okay.
Please Help!!!

Can you try disconnecting the TEL OUT connector so that telephones are not in the circuit? This tests if the connected phones have any effect.

Makes no difference. I have put the old board back in and it works. though we may still have the issues if comfort not hanging up after dialling out.
So faulty board?
