Hello, i have a problem with ir codes, i trie send codes from confort remote control to keypad and ucm but confort is not readind the ir codes.

i\'m using the ucm monitor but don\'t show

Please provide more information by answering the questions below:
What keypad are you using? KP03 / KP04?
Which buttons on RC01 you are trying to send?
Did you first log-in into the UCM I/O monitor before sending out the IR codes from RC01 so that you can monitor the IR codes being sent to the keypad?
Did you use Infrared Utility tool to capture the IR code sent to the UCM?
Are you using UCM/232 or UCM/USB?

Yes i did the login in the UCM monitor

Did you use Infrared Utility tool to capture the IR code sent to the UCM?
Yes, the Infrared Utility tool captured the IR code but i can´t see the IR in the I/O monitor

Are you using UCM/232 or UCM/USB?

When you press the room button on RC01 and point it to the KP05, did you hear the beep sound from the keypad to indicate it is received?
If you did hear the beep sound, it seems that you have the correct behaviour.
The room buttons in the RC01 are not considered IR receive codes in Comfort system as these buttons alone are unable to trigger a response inside Comfort.
Only when you press one of the function buttons (of a particular room) will the IR receive code be displayed in UCM I/O monitor window.
