System 34 issue

I have a UCM\\Ethernet, connection which has stopped running properly.  I can control the system by using wizcomfort.  However, when I use Comfigurator v3.1.9.0 to upload, I get the following message \"File system 34 is not compatable with .Please select file system 0.

Can you please tell m what I need to do to resolve this.
