no inbound voice from door station to phone

I have wired up my door station (see page 1 of http://www.home-control.co.uk/bropdf/DM02_DP2_DP3.pdf).

All seems ok, the user presses the bell button, comfort rings the phone, announces \"door phone 1\" and puts me through, i speak via my phone and the door phone outputs the voice.

Now the bad bit, the user at the door speaks and........... nothing.

I see mic/voice are linked on the DM04, i guess because the doorphone unit is simplex?

i tried increasing tuning parameter 81 to 20 for gain, this made 0 difference.

anyone got any ideas please?

I would advise you not to use any documents from that website, as they may be out of date or not valid

The MIC and VOICE on the DM02 have separate terminals, they are not linked together
MIC and VOICE from DM02 go to MIC and VOICE on the Comfort II PCB, also separate connections

Keypad to Door station on Comfort II are full duplex, but on Comfort I, it is half duplex

Ok but am still none the wiser on which wires are speaker and mic from door phone to connect on door module to get two way audio

Which Door station are you using? DS01,  DS02 or  DP03?

The MicroDP is made by that other company so I am afraid we cannot help ther, you will have to try to get a reply from them. That link in your post does not seem to work

ok, i\'ll take it up with them as it says its a comfort product. Are these people authorised distributor of your products?
