Hello,
I am having problems with a DS02 doorstation in that I can no longer hear mic input from the doorstation to internal phones. This was previously working ok and audio out from internal phone to doorstation is still working ok. I have upgraded firmware a couple of times, but unfortunately am unable to pinpoint when this stopped working. No comfigurator settings have changed and no wiring has changed. DS02 to DM02 and DM02 to comfort panel (mic/voice) have all been checked and verified ok.
Any ideas?
Comfort firmware Ult 6.011
UCM Ethernet 6.012
DS02 v1.003

How about keypad to door station intercom? Can you hear the door station from the keypad?

No, same issue for both keypad and telephone.

How about phone to keypad by pressing 5 for Voice station?
It may be a fault on the DS02 mic or DM02 or in the Comfort circuit so we want to eliminate the comfort mic input

It appears that the DM02 or DS02 microphone may be faulty
Can you checkk if the DS02 microphone wire may have broken off?
Also there is an adjustment for DS02 mic and speaker volume on the DS02 itself
The volume controls should be midway between min and max
Otherwise you may have to send both DM02 and DS02 for repair or exchange if under warranty

I\'ve checked the wiring again and it\'s good. The adjustment on the DS02 is midway on both controls.
Is there any way to isolate the issue to either the DM02 or DS02?

Open a default template using the latest Comfigurator, do Write Selective for Tuning Parameters only so that to be sure that wring parameters did not get into the Comfort somehow
Otherwise to know if the problem is due to DS02 mic or DM02 may be difficlult - you either have a spare set to swap out or you have an oscilloscope to check if there are signals on the mic or DM02 mic connector. Even a voltmeter may help

I already tried the tuning parameters tip from a previous post. No luck.

Try tightening the terminals or make sure the contacts are firm
Sometimes the connection looks good but the conttact may not be firm
