Outputs not working
#21
The thermostat settings have no bearing on this problem, the likelihood is that the No1 output is completely fried as the OP1 Board has been changed and swopped round and output does not respond under any conditions. the initial problem was caused by an IR wired incorrectly, although the OP1 blew as it was supposed to, it also took the rest the No1 output. as it is only one output I am not overly concerned, I was just checking to see if their was a remedy to correct it even if it requires replacing a resistor etc......

Can you send your cclx file to support@cytech.biz so we can check if there is a problem with the settings?

Can you check if this bug applies to you? From Comfigurator 3.9.5 onwards

  1. Read from Comfort will cause Functions > Thermostats to fill up the unused Thermostats with sensor 0 and assign Heating and Cooling Outputs to Output 1. You will not be able to control Output 0 after reading from Comfort.  In order to free up Output 0, unasssign the outputs from each Thermostat

I followed your instruction on un-assigning the thermostats, and writing it to comfort. it still displayed the same issue. However i then used the new version of comfigurator, Comfigurator 3.10.1 (Beta) today and applied the same method and to my surprise Output 1 came back up (not used Output1 for a year or so).
So I am now eating Humble Pie, & thanks for the info.......

ADMIN NOTE
This bug n Comfigurator is fixed in 3.10.2
