Incoming Calls

Hi,

Installed first comfort system, the client reports that any incoming phone call is picked up by door station / comfort, instead of the house phone...

We are using just a door station to house phones, so the client can communicate and open gates from house phone..

Any suggestions to fix problem?

Is it rings before answer we need to make high?

Hi Nathan
The Number of Rings in each Mode ie Security Off, Away, Night, Day determines how many rings comfort will wait before answering If it is too small, then Comfort may answer before the user can go to the phone
