i have an ULT ( firmware 6.28)
Tibbe 5.8.5
i\'m trying to upgrade the Etho2 as in picture, the configrator can not connect, Tibbo is connecting fine
when trying to upload new firmware the Tibbo device Explorer i got msg \"the firmware you chosen might not be compatible for the selected device\" , that msg appear for both Bin files cytech3_13.bin & CytechUni3_13.bin
what do you think the problem is ?
thanks
Also I\'m running the latest version of Comfigurator and can see that Device Manager is runable from within the app. I have seen some comment that Device Explorer must be used to upgrade rather than Device Manager, but Device Manager does seem to have an upgrade option too.

In DS Manager make sure you select the 2nd device, not the blue barrel as shown below
In the above screen, we have 2 UCM/Eth02 shown, each is listed with its MAC address , on top with a blue barrel, below with an Axe symbol. Select the Axe symbol, not the blue barrel and choose Load Firmware Through the Network
Choosing the Blue barrel will lead to the message that \"the firmware is not suitable for this application\"
DS Manager is not able to upgrade the firmware for the ETH02, only DS Explorer can be used
Hi, I have just upgraded my UCM/ETH02 firmware to EM500W3.31.10 but now cannot connect to comfort. Is this the wrong firmware as it seems to be the only 1 that is available. My unit is not the same as the picture for the FW-EM500 so where do I get the firmware for the UCM/ETH02. Thanks as always for you help.
