IR proplem

I have a IRR01 & IRD01 for controlling air conditioners ,
when i use IRR01 the air conditioners recieves the On & Off signals.
but when i use IRD01 the air conditioners recieves only the On signal.

The IRR01 and IRD functions the same
Could it be due to the distance or angle of the IRD

Try shifting the IRD close to the receiver to test
