Every 15 trials?
You mean that you login, logout, login, ... login from Comfigurator 15 times and the 16th times it gives \"No Response from UCM\" message?
What Comfigurator version are you using?
UCM05 means that you are using serial connection?

This is probably a problem with the PC serial port
Are you using a USB to serial converter?
There may be intermittent problems with this type of converter

the serial-usb used to work fine before for a long time on the same operating system, even we tried a new one, but the same problem occurs.
is there is any way to test sort of communication ? like pinging or something like that, since the two ucm05 serial have the same issue.
thanks

Check the D11 (Green) and D12 (RED) LEDS
D11 (green) blinks if the UCM is receiving from the PC
D12 (red) blinks if the UCM is sending to PC
Log in on Comfigurator
When you send some info the D11 LED should blink, then the D12 Red led should blink when the UCM replies
If the D11 led does not blink that means that the data is not reaching the UCM, and that means your conection from PC to UCM is ot working
If D11 blinks but D12 does not blink that means a problem with UCM
