can't get back to comfort menu after talking to caller

Hi

I have recently re-enabled the dialout on my doorphone. The problem I have is that after talking to the caller at the doorphone via my mobile, I cannot go back to the Comfort menu to activate the open gate response, and I am stuck talking to the caller. I have tried pressing all the DTMF options 1-9, star and hash and nothing happens. After about a minute, Comfort sometimes returns me to the menu and I can then activate the gate response, but this is too long to wait.

I have the open gate and open door responses configured in the miscellaneous responses section, I have downloaded the latest tuning parameters from Comfigurator 3.6.6 and running firmware 7.024.

It may be that your mobile does not send DTMF tones. On some phones eg Nokia this is an option that is dissanbled by default
Have you tried calling to the system by mobile and entering your code?
