I am having an issue with the iPad app. When I first open the app and try to login, thge USER CODE entry box is empty - ie no where to enter the user code. Please refer to the attachment.
Could this be related to the data error also being received? Will the User Code box fail to disply if there is an internet connection error?
The data error arose becuase the app seemed to pick a non-activated configuration. Having reloaded the app, it now selects the correct config and connects ok, although the User Code dialogue box is still empty so unable to login.
We confirm the problem in iOS7 for iPad due to a change they made to the alertbox structure
If you have set the remober password option, you can still log in on LAN, buut not for Internet connection
Sorry for the premature assurance that there was no problem with iOS7
We shall try to get a new version uploaded to the store as soon as possible!
Comfort for iPad version 1.2 is now available from iTunes.
This fixes the problem in iOS7 where the log in box was not visible for remote arming/disarming
There is a problem with the converted file for the iPad app if Comfigurator 3.7.6 is used to generate the cclx file
The converted jrlccip file in the attached email does not work with the ipad due to a change in the cclx file created or modified by Comfigurator 3.7.6
Do not generate a new file for the iPad app until the conversion utility has been updated
