Keypad beeping

recently took over a old house from some one else. rewrote the alarm project but when arming the alarm the keypad starts beeping for exit delay. after the exit delay the system arms but the keypad carries on beeping the same way as in exit delay

any help much appreciated

Probably some problem with the settings
